The iga is the name of the city in Mie prefecture. The iga city used to be the bottom of Biwa later back in 6 million years ago. It is very rich in iron and alkaline minerals. Thanks to these minerals, it enhances both body and aftertaste. It makes the flavor of tea very rich and bold. It works very well with all types of tea. In particular, I like to use this clay for the fermented tea.<\/p>\n
