\nThey reflect the real charm of freshly made white tea.<\/p>\n

Every spring, we spend weeks in Yunnan, working directly with farmers to produce our own tea. That\u2019s why we know exactly how it tastes right after it\u2019s made, when the aroma is still vibrant and the character remains as it is.<\/p>\n

Our goal is simple. To deliver the freshly made taste of tea, something rarely experienced once tea travels far or sits too long.<\/p>\n

Why This Year\u2019s White Tea Is So Special<\/h2>\n

White tea can only reach its ideal quality when processed in cool and dry weather. If the temperature is too warm or humidity is higher during withering, especially in the stems, it can lead to over-fermentation (enzymatic oxidation), resulting in a musty smell or sourness that affects the overall purity of the tea.<\/p>\n

Fortunately, from late March to mid-April this year, the weather in the mountains of Yunnan was dry, cool, and no rain at all. It was perfect for producing ideal-quality white tea with a clean, floral aroma and a naturally sweet finish.<\/p>\n

On top of that, we\u2019ve made significant improvements to our packaging and shipping so that the tea retains its fragrance even after arriving in Malaysia.<\/p>\n

\nWe take a different approach. Every spring, we spend weeks in Yunnan, working side by side with farmers and managing every step from harvest to drying.<\/p>\n

Single-Lot White Tea \u2014 A Rare Chance to Taste the Garden\u2019s True Character<\/h2>\n

The farmer we work with owns several small tea gardens scattered across the mountains, each with its own microclimate, soil, and old trees grown from different seed origins. That means the tea leaves from each garden have their own aroma, shape, and moisture level.<\/p>\n

Most producers blend all the raw materials together before shipping, but we process each garden\u2019s harvest separately, and manage them by individual lot.
\nThis is possible because we stay on site during the production season and personally oversee the management of each lot.<\/p>\n

Now that these lots have arrived in KL, we invite you to our Gardens Mall shop, where you can taste and compare each batch side by side. Each lot has a different character.<\/p>\n
