A Rahu lady who collects tea

I arrived in the village located on the foot of Da Xue Shan. Today onwards, I am visiting various manufactures, farmers and pu-erh tea hunters. Firstly, I have visited a lady who is the Lahu race(拉祜族). She has a contract with several farmers. They are sending her the freshly produced pu-erh tea on a daily basis. As the result, she has more than 10-20 different types of tea that consists of more than a several batches. Usually the quality, the flavor and the character of different batch of tea is different. I have stayed in her warehouse for half a day to conduct the selection. I will follow her for 2 days to visit various farmers so as to select tea on the spot.

This is the very common way how the pu-erh mao cha is kept in the warehouse in the small village of Yunnan. I opened the bag one by one and conducted inspection with my nose to identify the after taste. After shortlisted a few types of tea and the ideal batch, I have requested the further tasting of tea for the final confirmation.
