Mumyoi Joaka Clay

This clay is collected from the gold mining tunnel, while other Mumyoi clay is collected from the mountain around the gold mine. It is very rare to obtain the clay from the tunnel itself. The character of this clay is to enhance both body and after taste. It makes the intensity of the after taste more than body. I use this clay for Chinese oolong, Deep Fried Oolong, Black Tea and White tea.
