Nowadays information about tea available on the internet can be quite overwhelming. However, majority of information existed on the internet are merely duplicate of others. There is lack of first-hand information shared by people who actually know and study the topic. Additionally, there are very few reviews that could discuss about tea from a scientific aspect. In fact, tea is a general science. Knowledge related to agriculture, food science and engineering are essential for understanding the fundamentals of tea very well.
